Okay. I’m so not going to lie. I was going to do a step by step tutorial of how I made this healthy deliciousness however… I stole it from the wonderful and talented Mimi Ikonn. I think she did a pretty cool job at keeping it simple, short, straight to the point; so I will post her short and very fun, YouTube tutorial here.
I’m always nervous about baking, but this one was so easy I felt like Betty Crocker’s healthier younger sister. If I can do it… you can too.
I did drizzle mine with a little bit of maple syrup and enjoyed it with Chai tea afterwards. I was in gluten-free dairy free sugar free heaven.
I didn’t think there could ever be such a thing… but you should try it. That way we can have a gluten free banana bread heaven party together.
Or you can ignore that I said that entirely and enjoy this delicious “healthier” for ya dessert. 😉
P.S. If you’re seeing this at any time other than “autumn”, understand I am a little cuckoo for fall decorating and I just started today, hence my banana nut bread has a “fall” feel to it.
