This past weekend, Norberto and I had the absolute pleasure of spending our Cinco De Mayo weekend in San Antonio, a first for both of us! Thanks to the Visit San Antonio group, we were able to play tourist and visit many of the lovely attractions San Antonio has to offer.
Like Touring the San Antonio Riverwalk on boat:
Visiting the San Antonio Museum of Art: Shop: Dress: Shein // Shoes: Similar
Getting to know the locals:Skirt: Similar // Top: Similar // Shoes: Similar // Bag: Shein
And also finally getting my approval from NASA to go to the moon! You saw it here first folks, don’t let the haters tell you its fake.
Okay okay, I’m kidding on the space land; but I did get the role of playing Sandra Bullock’s sidekick in the Bird Box sequel coming up!
Here’s a snippet of us practicing our roles: Okayyyy so maybe these are just photos from my visit to Ripley’s Believe or Not in San Antonio, but you know what… maybe you shouldn’t kill a girl’s dream by bringing all of this to her attention. Ignorance is bliss.
Oh yes, and this happened too: *If you followed my stories on instagram, you probably saw all this go down live as well as all the other fun stuff we did! If you didn’t, fret not, I’m using this as the shameless plug opportunity to let you know its still up as a “highlight” on my stories. Just head to my instagram page and watch the “San Antonio” story.
We were graciously hosted by the Hyatt Regency of San Antonio, which is conveniently located in the heart of the Riverwalk. Its lovely hotel that offers wonderful views of the Riverwalk, and many other wonderful amenities; like the pool, bar, spa services and live music on weekends! Who could ask for more?

*The Hyatt Regency has the highest rooftop bar in San Antonio. I mean, just look at these wonderful views!
Speaking of wonderful views, the room service was as much a feast for the eyes as it was for our tummies. All the food we had was absolutely delicious! We absolutely indulged in the Q Kitchen’s buffet breakfast each morning which offers a variety of delicious food! Whether you’re still watching your figure and want healthy options, or like me, go into full on vacation mode, there’s something for everyone!
We also got to enjoy a Cinco De Mayo gathering hosted by the hotel on Saturday evening. It was a lovely evening of margaritas, yummy mexican food, and lots of laughter:(the hotel’s current GM, Phil Stamm)
There’s so much to do in San Antonio I hope to come back soon and enjoy many of the things one weekend couldn’t afford us the time to do! I’ll certainly be back!
